Robert B. Slater, LCSW-R founded Copeland Avenue Associates (now Copeland Ave Counseling, PLLC) in 2004 after providing therapy in residential programs, school settings and privately for over a decade.
After working in these different settings, he came to realize the importance of atmosphere in the comfort level of his clients. He desired to create a professional and warm environment where individuals, couples and families could come to address issues that interfere with their quality of life. He continues to seek out additional qualified therapists to add to his growing group of people in the upstate New York area.
